"Excellent Location with Red River flowing just behind the Hotel as well as forest views. The main Chair Lift is close walking distance about 15 yards from the hotel. Overall....a nice experience."

"There are many people who have overly inflated expectations of what a hotel stay should be. The Springer Station takes those expectations and turns them on their head with a very characterful and charming experience. Sure, it's a shared bathroom place and the door knob on your room turns the wrong way but don't let that detract from the eclectic experience of staying in this historic building. The staff were pleasant enough, busying themselves with Halloween trick or treaters that evening....
