"Upon entering the home, we realized no heat (7 degrees outside). We reported it that day. At 930pm, I got a phone call stating that someone would be out at 8 am the following day first thing. We woke to 42 degrees in the home. At 10 am, when no one showed up, we contacted management again for them to say someone was on the way. This went on all day. At 10 pm, someone showed up to say that he could not help because home was out of gas and it was an owner fix and that they would maybe have someone out the following day. During our entire stay, someone said they were on the way but didn't have an exact ETA. Text messages stated that they talked to the owner and someone was headed in our direction, for then no one could resolve the issue. While the house is an excellent location for a family, etc. Not having heat, gas, stove, or oven the entire stay and being told we would be compensated (which we were not), it was as if they kept saying thank you for our patience but NEVER followed through with anything we were told. While we realize it is the property management's fault as the owners were likely not notified right away, to expect someone with small children to let it slide after we traveled there thinking we could cook meals in the property and were never able to and had to rely on a fire for heat is not what we reserved. Horrible service, and experience renting here. "
