Upon entry into this warm, charmed single level abode you will walk into our open concept living room lined with an "L" shaped fold-out sofa, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and bright fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, pantry and dining area. Towards the back of the home you will find the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The master bedroom off to the right is complete with a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, private 3/4 bath with a shower and an East facing porch. The guest bedroom features 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds (4 twins), and a flat screen TV. The full bath directly behind the kitchen, next to the guest bedroom also houses the stackable Washer/Dryer for your use.

This home is complete with Fiber Optic Wi-Fi and satellite TV's in both bedrooms and the living area so when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you are well equipped to do so... This home has gorgeous mountain views from the South facing front porch looking towards the Red River Ski Area's "Face". Exterior amenities include outdoor coffee table & chairs and a gas BBQ grill. You can also hear the Red River that flows directly across the way and the quaking aspens that surround the home.

This was a great place for a weekend getaway. The property was clean and well kept. It felt secluded from everything, but was close enough to town to take a quick walk for shopping and dining. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view of the platinum chair lift and deer!
Wonderful location and short walking distance to the platinum chair lift and Main Street. The deer ate nuts and berries from our hands from both porches each morning and evening. Cabin had everything we needed with beautiful views. This was our second time to stay here in the Rio Rojo cabin while skiing and we will certainly be back!

Loved everything about this place!
Perfect for a small family. It was the perfect location, we could walk to the lifts and if the kids got tired we could walk back and let them rest a bit and then head back on the slopes. It was clean and cozy. We will definitely be coming back!

This property was just perfect for the three of us. It was close to everything in town. The property was clean and well taken care of and it will definitely be on the list of favorite places to stay. The owner was great when I had to call and ask a question or two. We will keep it in consideration for future trips to Red River.

We had a great time in Red River and the property had all the amenities as listed. This is a very convenient location as it is in town and the check-in process went smoothly. Great view of the ski area! The queen bed was not comfortable and the soap was watered down (not usable).

We had a wonderful stay at River Street. The home was perfect for our group. Great living area, fireplace, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location is excellent, just a couple blocks from the ski area and one block off main street. Lindsey was SUPER responsive to every question and was a fantastic host! 10/10 all around!
