"My boyfriend and I stayed here for the night, and we absolutely loved it. The one hiccup we had, not against the owners, is that the address on Expedia was incorrect. It took us to a totally different lodge, and we had to look up the lodge ourselves. Luckily, it wasn’t too far from where we were at. When we got to the lodge, it was super easy to check in. The room was cute and definitely enough space for the both of us. We enjoyed the little notes around the room, like the one for the bathroom...

"We booked a premium suite for six peoples, 2 queens and a queen futon sofa bed. Compact little cabin is good for a night. The location is 1.5 miles away to the main check in suites, dining and ski park. The staffs are friendly. However I found no tissue paper in the bathroom, no extra blanket and pillows for the futon beds. The bed mattress not bad but the frame is wobbling. "The property’s location is terrible. Directly across the street is a vendor that plays music waaay too loud for 6am. The music blasted all day and competed with the coffee shop’s music. Add the go kart noise and you get a constant barrage of sound that is far from peaceful. The pond was nice and the room was just ok. Will pick a property farther away from main st next time."

"My daughter and I arrive late on Friday, which I had emailed the property to inform them of a late arrival and asked if that would be a problem, no response. The key code that they gave me did not work! After an hour or so, help from other attendees and many messages and phone calls later we finally got into our room! The bathroom was tiny, the sink was just ridiculous, the shower was a nice size but no hot water! The ice box was frozen and had mold growing. Loved the days we spent in Red River....

It would be nice if they offered specials for guests staying at lodge. Parking lot could be maintained better, with fresh layer of gravel and trash pickup. Lodge in need of renovation, but that is expected of a NM wore out ski town."

"Our stay was not great… the location of the property is phenomenal with a great sunrise view. Unfortunately everything else lacked, the walls are very thin, the electric lock does not lock well, the fire sprinklers are taped over, the refrigerators, both stunk, our towels were not clean. I’m sure there’s more I could list, the unit needed some TLC to make it a good stay. The customer service was also great!"

"This place was AMAZING!! Such a cozy little cabin with a BEAUTIFUL view!! The kitchen was awesome. I cooked several meals there. The ski slope was a few miles away. The management team were great. They texted several times to see if we needed anything. The roads were plowed every morning and someone came and swept off our patio. I HIGHLY recommend this place!! We will DEFINITELY be back!!!"

"Great location. True ski-in ski-out condo. Room are nice, staff is helpful. The restaurant is OK, not great. The bed was not that comfortable, but it was fine. The heater is radiant heating in the floor. As the signs tell you, it takes time for the temperature to change in the room. Don't believe the reviews that say the heater is broken, it works as advertised. "
