"This hotel is a wooden cabin which has more of a hostel feel. It is far from Uvita’s centre and it’s hard to get a taxi or food delivery to the hotel. You need to go through a dirt road to get here. The breakfast was scarce and the rice reheated from the day before (I hope). The room felt humid even though the aircon was on. No wifi reached the bedroom. Expensive for the accommodations. Having said that, the grounds and beautiful and staff was kind. "

Set right up in the rain forest, we were able to see mackaws, toucans, a sloth, an agouti, a coati, iguanas, monkeys and about 50 other birds (the merline app helped identify them) - all without even having to leave the apartment!
