"Absolutely amazing location with stunning views. The property is new, well maintained, clean and has everything to need for your stay. We stayed in the Tucan villa, the pool was perfect and the covered deck was great on warm rainy days. The staff was super friendly and easy to connect with through What’sApp. Uvita beach is a short drive away, lots of good restaurants nearby. We stayed 12 nights and didn’t want to leave! We will definitely come back here if in Costa Rica again."

"Beautiful house and property with cool breezes all day and night! We loved this house and our week in Uvita. It's got everything you need, and if you stumble upon anything you don't have the caretaker that lives a few minutes away will have it there in second. We felt very safe, and loved all the birds and wildlife. We even had a sloth hanging in a tree right by the pool. We became experts on driving the road and did so many wonderful things that Del recommended. Our highlight was probably the mangrove kayak tour. "

Morning visits from the toucans made morning coffee on the patio an unforgettable memory with sounds of the ocean and the ocean views, just awesome! The pool was huge and had options for lounging or laps. The infinity edge was perfect for lounging and soaking up the ocean views. What truly set this place apart were the personal touches. You can tell the owners went above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience.If you have time and are able, request the waterfall rappelling tour and mangrove kayaking tour. Both were fantastic. Diego and Anner were amazing guides, taking time to explore, enjoy the natural settings, and genuinely good people. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable views, pool and a home that feels like a dream, this is it. Costa Rica was amazing—and this house was a huge part of that! "Everything about our stay at Tropical Beach was excellent. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and they made arrangements for us to park and receive our key after hours. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The pool was a nice respite from the heat and humidity and the restaurant on site was delicious. All that and it was affordable, comfortable, and, yes, they have hot water (I know this is an issue at some other places). We truly enjoyed our stay. "
