"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

The location is also very walkable from the city square and immerses you with the locals. A surprise was a large grocery store on the same block, which was great for getting a late night snack or drink at local prices. Lau dry services was also nearby. My room was clean and comfortable.
