"The hotel was perfect for a quick stay. The room was clean, staff were friendly. The only problem I had was the AC unit wasn’t great. It wasn’t pumping out much cold air it felt more like a fan and the bathroom fan didn’t work so it would get warm in the bathroom when showering. Could use some maintenance. Outside of that perfect for one night stay. Close to a metro stop and the zoo. I would stay there again "

"very ecomonical-- for breakfast I was handled a bag with a bagel cream cheese and an apple--but a fancy place but inexpensive when i needed to save money. Look forward to going again if I need to go to Washington, walking distance to metro stop an also has a small gym--not a fancy place but pleasant and clean"

"Staff was great, friendly and very attentive. Simplicity was there theme, but they may have taken it a bit too seriously. Every hand sink should have hand soap. Even if you book a room for one, there should be at least 2 cups of coffee offered in the room."

"Was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room that we stayed in. The hotel could use some upgrades but for the price it is an excellent choice."

"We were on the top floor and the elevator was broken. Other than that our stay was fine. We just stayed overnight after arriving late to IAD. Was nice to have 2 bedrooms for our kids."

"I had a pretty good stay. Do they have a pretty good selection for breakfast. The room is clean. Everything was comfortable. The only downside was you have to pay for parking."
