"It was my first time staying in a hostel and this was such an amazing stay! The rooms were clean and we had housekeeping everyday! This will be my go to spot every time I stay in London! It’s a fairly quiet are (minus your usually cars passing by) and the fellow residents are respectful when it comes to quiet time. There is a buffet for breakfast and it was quite enjoyable! "

"Mould on all appliances, did not look same as photos, plastic bag over smoke alarm and walls covered in smoke damage from previous guests smoking in the room, tampon found on floor in room, so bad that we left 15 mins after we arrived, should close down it was that bad"

"Great location. Very convenient to have a ski shop and ability to purchase ski tickets right in the hotel. All amenities are nice and clean. Hotel is just the right size, not to big not to small. Not ever crowded, just right. "

"This is not a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, but we wanted to see London and didn't plan to lounge around in a hotel room. The staff was outstanding, friendly and went over the top to accommodate us and answer questions about the area and London in general. The room was clean, everything in working order, and the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance to the Metro, a grocery store, and many restaurants. If we were to travel again to London, we would stay here again."

"Our room was great for a family of 4,a double and 2 singles. Basic shower room but excellent for the price especially given the location. Take a bit of time to explore locally for food etc"

"Great as usual, the room is big and comfortable, clean and convenient for the East Croydon station. The only downside was that people next door were loud till early hours, not rowdy, just having loud arguments. Otherwise very good."

"Delivered on their promise of clean, basic accommodation within walking distance of the west end. Those expecting caviar dreams on a hotdog budget are out of luck. Good choice for a 2 (maybe) 3 nite stay close to the action. I felt comfortable and safe there my entire stay"

"Nice central location, good size room. Reception was nice and allowed early check in. However, the furniture was super old, could do with new ones. Bed and floor was squeaky. Sometimes you can hear people walking around in the hallway. The bathroom from the room felt miles away but this was kept clean."

"Decent no-frills budget hotel in a very central location. I was in a room on the top floor which was fairly quiet. The room was small, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast. Luggage storage free (but no tags, and anyone can access luggage room). Would return."
