"From the moment I stepped out of the Taxi and the Doorman took my suitcase and ushered me into the lobby to the time I checked out I was greeted with smiles and warmth and willingness to help if needed. Young man named Bird at the pool area was exceptional with friendly chat and service. Only issues I had and they were dealt with promptly were the shower head malfunctioned and the power to the room went off after couple of days ( no one told me I needed to put a key card in the slot). "

"Basic and standard was as expected. Rooms we had were spacious and comfortable. Don't think anyone going to use the gym that's right in the dining area and has basically no equipment. Placement of plates and cutlery could be better for breakfast time as it's directly below the food that people are accessing and it's always busy. Didn't have any major issues and would happily start here again."

"So this is an amazing property hidden away just outside of old town over on the east side of Chiang Mai. It is five minutes walking down to the night bizarre Street so you’re really close to a couple of the huge night markets. It’s maybe have 5 to 10 minute tuck tuck ride over to the Sunday night market.
