Very romantic boutique hotel on riverside, all the staff very courteous, nice and helpful.wonderful breakfast,relaxing swimming pool,restaurant ,closed to many night bazaar markets,main streets.next to local temple and docking river boat for explore the region,Excachan local restaurant,a must to try,Very quiet residential area only 5-10 min walk you reach night bazaars , local night life,all the hustle off Chiang Mai.B- gym equipment very basic,need ramp installation for some Lana suites.We will come back for sure,we love resort style and romantic places. I loved Na Nirand. The staff was so accommodating and the property was beautiful. The breakfast and restaurant were lovely and so good. Our room was beautiful and cozy right off of the pool. I would stay here again.

Na Nirand is an incredible hotel. The property is beautiful and very cozy and quiet. It has a great location, within walking distance of nice restaurants and markets. The overall attention and care from the staff is truly outstanding. We loved how nicely everything smelled and how good the food was at the hotel restaurant (we ate most of our meals there!).

Our stay at Na Nirand was an 11/10. We were greeted with welcome drinks, and shown around the hotel by Beam. She and the other staff were extremely accommodating throughout our stay. The pool and lounge area are beautiful and well kept along with the grounds. There were so many little touches throughout our stay that made it really special. Breakfast in the morning and their juices were also very good. The location was perfect for us, only a 15 minute drive to the airport, and a 10 minute walk to the night market. Very peaceful and romantic hotel in old Chiang Mai! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hotel environment is great, and the in-house service staff are also very friendly. However, the lady at the front desk is very arrogant, unable to handle problems and doesn't keep her words. This is the most uncomfortable experience in this trip to Chiang Mai.
