It is less than a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station, but conversely this does make it quite noticable when trains are arriving/departing. As a deep sleeper this was not an issue, but for someone who is more prone to sounds at night, this could be problematic. "We were 2 hrs early than 2PM checkin. They would charge 20 pounds for early checkin, so we left our bags at front desk, until 2pm, so we could eat lunch without our bags.
