"I was skeptical because of the area but i was blown away how clean and comfortable it was. The desk staff were helpful and professional. My bed was soft and plush pillows. The room service to clean my room was so freaking nice and accommodating. I had to go to a seminar at the Proud Bird and it was close. "Great place for the price. Are the rooms top notch? No. Were they clean? Absolutely. There were some things in my room that needed repair but it was not integral to the quality of my stay. "The rooms were very nice and pretty spacious. They supplied in room shower gel and hair products which made it easier for a short trip. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, but there was no complimentary water already in the fridge. However, it was easy to go down to the first floor and purchase drinks and snacks. They offered a complimentary breakfast buffet which was super nice and included making your own waffles. The only issue I had was with the additional charges for valet parking....
