"The Hotel is a little dated however the manager made up for this as nothing extre was too much trouble for him. We arrive before the check in time as we had to travel to Bristol to see Concorde at 16.00 and we were allowec access tp our room early."

"A good option for visiting Taunton. Good location as it's walkable from the train station. Front desk staff very friendly & helpful. Room was very clean & included a mini refrigerator which was appreciated. Beds comfortable. A minor issue--towel racks & hooks are definitely needed as wet towels need a place to dry."

"The staff were friendly & welcoming, the hotel was mostly clean but some areas of the room had been poorly cleaned. My issue is with the decor of the room. Bare concrete walls are not conducive to a welcoming, comfortable stay, no matter what artistic crap reason you give for stinting on the decorating. The lighting was dingy & swallowed by the heavy, dark walls. Coupled with the extremely small size of the room it felt like a prison cell. It's a shame as the bathroom was great & the staff...
