"We had problems reaching the property contact regarding key collection... tried emailing, phone calls and text messages, thankfully at 1:30pm while on route we received a WhatsApp message with our arrival details from business number. We arrived at 2:55pm, check in was 3pm the cleaner was still in the property so we had to go away and return at 5pm. Quickly it became apparent that the property was unsafe and not clean. Told the property manager and they were nice enough to bring a fan so we could try and air it out, but it still lingered. My daughter found bits of Marijuana on the couch and on the floor, so it was obvious they did not clean before we came. The downstairs bathroom door is not attached, and there was of urine on the back of the toilet. We left after one night and cut our weekend short and just went back home...
