"When we arrived a car was improperly parked in a handicapped space. I’ve had 3 joint replacements and needed that space. We 2X notified the front desk and provided the car owner’s ID #. The front desk staff (2 female staff members) said they work work to resolve the issue with “security”. The car was still improperly parked the next day. TV did not work when we arrived and although the front desk did send someone to fix the TC, we noticed the TV would only have power if the hall light was on....

"Nice for pre-cruise stay. Was able to get checked into room in early morning after arriving in Miami. Only complaint was that the vending machine by the lobby was not working-staff refilled our water bottles as needed throughout stay through so it was a better/preferred option. Comfortable waiting area if waiting for room to be ready."

"This property is very close to the airport. The best part is that it offers free transportation to/from airport and to the port of Miami. Breakfast was your basic egg,sausage, waffle, cereal, but it’s enough to get you through the morning. Rooms were very clean amd beds are comfy. "

"Some of the online comments did worry me, but I book the hotel for 4 nights in December 2024 and we were absolutely happy. The location is excellent right at the beautiful beach and a bus stop in front of the building (bus #150 to the airport, trolley stop to South Beach). Some parts of the hotel were under construction but this did no bother us and our room had all the amenities we needed. "There were spot lights on all night by the pools so I didn't fall asleep till 430am. Also although the suite was very clean there was a strong dirty foot odor permeating from the carpet which also made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise the hotel was fine"
