"It had a very lively atmosphere. Staff was very amazing and friendly helped us find best local places for food. Night was the best part of this place as they organized Karaoke and chill night which made it easy to interact with people and have fun. Even though we were party of 5, making new connections is always fun. The room and toilets were very clean. If I visit Edinburgh again this would be my stay to place. "

"I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff were so incredibly friendly, it was easily accessible from the city centre by the number 7, 14 or 11 buses and it’s quiet. The bed was super comfy and all other amenities were excellent. I was pretty jet lagged so I appreciated coming to this quiet area and resting. Thank you for everything and I will for sure be back!"

"This is an unsafe place to stay. Were advised to park our car within range of cctv. The door of our room had recently been broken into as the lock was badly replaced. Dirty linen on the bed . This is being polite . Very unreliable person managing the property. Avoid at all costs"

"Had a great stay at Dalry Guesthouse. I wasn't looking for luxury. I was looking for comfort and convenience. And that I got. Bed was comfortable. Was never too warm or too cold. Owners were friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect! Being a single woman traveling alone for the first time. I never felt uncomfortable. Having the grocery store next door and bus stop feet away was a plus. "
