"The hotel is beautifully presented inside and outside - candles and soft music greet you on arrival in the evening. The rooms are beautiful, with modern and spacious bathrooms and every need catered for. The breakfast is delicious and our hosts served all the drinks whilst we enjoyed the freshly prepared food in the large modern kitchen with amazing views. Cannot recommend highly enough to anyone visiting Edinburgh and looking for high end accommodation."

"Peter was an excellent host. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs. We enjoyed meeting him and talking with him on several occasions. He was personable in every way. In addition, the property was right on the public bus route that we could take and/or connect to all parts of Edinburgh We highly recommend staying at Peter's property."

"We’ll equipped for the kitchen and bathroom. Lots of bed options. Quiet neighbors 😂. The only downside were the smells . The couch and cushions had a odor of cigarette smoke. And the building overall when you walk in is not pleasant. But not the worst thing to be concerned about. The closest pub is a few blocks away: and more options about 1/2 mile on the main road.
