"A fantastic warm welcome. Beautiful room with everything we needed. The care put into the room was evident in all the personal details that ensured a comfortable stay. Bed soft and linen gorgeous. Horsey paintings added to the ambience as racehorses trotted by the window! Soothing and relaxing! Breakfast was the best ever in a b n b. Hostess Sharon made us feel like friends. Footbridge below Low Field Walking the footpath on the north side of the River Greta from east to west, one crosses a stile and is suddenly confronted with a surprise scene, as the small reentrant beck on the other side of the wall has cut a little gorge which was invisible from the approach. A jig to the right reaches this little footbridge leading to the continuation of the footpath to Bowes.
