"Had to do my transaction through a night window . It was after 2:00 p.m. The room was very big 2 queen beds. I was not prepared to add $100 deposit to my card. Which would be added back when i turned key into desk & for them to inspect. I still do not have it back on my card!! The room is not worth $170 if its not returned. The light breakfast area was nice. Muffins , cereal, milk, coffee fruit. The fruit loops were my favorite. Lots of chanels to choose from on the T.V. smoke free rooms "

"It's a clean, comfortable hotel that was convenient for everything we planned to do in Cleveland. They let us check-in early which was nice, but charged us $25 which I didn't understand since our room was ready and it wasn't an inconvenience to anyone. I understand people like to travel with their pets, but I wasn't crazy about the golden retriever in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good, coffee was hot. Internet was sketchy.
