"Alan's guesthouse is very clean and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. Our cat runs and hides at the slightest noise, but he was not bothered at all in this house. We had family over and it was very easy to cook full meals and sit and eat together. The bed is so comfortable! Alan is a great host.
