"Found mold in bathroom. When you tried to shower the mixing valve for the shower was not working right so the water change from hot to cold without notice. PTAC didn't seem to work right with temperature and made a weird sound upon start up from the blower which woke me up. The exhaust for the bathroom didn't seem to work. Held piece of toilet paper to exhaust grille and it didn't hold. I have the knowledge of all this since I am a Mechanical Contractor who installs and works on these items. The...
