"Bare bones but solid. It is definitely no frills but does have everything you need. Safe, easy to get around (it's not a hard walk to much of the Old City), and convenient. The place has a tour desk and most tours will pick you up from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. One note the bathroom is small. The shower is the whole bathroom. Consider this if that is an issue for you. Would stay here again."

"My husband and I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The front desk staff were approachable, helpful, and friendly, which made my experience even better. Laundry service available upon request. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of a 7-11, various restaurants, and the Sunday night market. Highly recommended!"

"This was a very clean and simple room. For the price it was very good. There are few amenities but I wasn’t there for the hotel. I was there to visit Chiangmai. The AC was great and the shop was nice and the bed was comfortable except it had one of those heavy combination of blanket and sheet that they like so much. It may the women like them. They are way too hot for most men. I would stay there again. "

"Loved this place! Very friendly staff, clean accomodations, laundry service, great security and amazing location. I've been in Chiang Mai for about 2 months and this local is my favorite so far. Close to Maya mall and Nimman area, close to Old town and street food market. And north of Varada you will find a very local scene with some very authentic and extremely affordable food ect. Don't miss Huan Muen Jai and Khao Soi Mesai acclaimed restaurants literally arou d the corner!"

"The common areas and bathrooms were very clean, and there was a locker right next to the bed where you could use a lock. While it wasn't in a super central area, it was very quiet and walking distance to a lot of stuff which was convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are okay with a hostel."
