"This is an older hotel. Located in Washington DC. While the, customer service was really good, but the physical portion of the facility could use some work. Most rooms are not consistent in quality in presentation and/or function. But, the price is right. "

"This hotel was very nice clean. It was relatively new. The only complaint in this is particular to the time of year is we arrived in winter and it had snowed the previous day and by the next day the handicap ramp leading to our hotel room was covered in ice and snow. I said something to the front desk figuring they would put salt on it. They did not it could be an oversight, but I see that as a safety issue if a person with a wheelchair had to go up that ramp, they would have a difficult time by...
