"The pool may feel a bit public since the parking lot surrounds it, and the road to go into hotel is off a big road. Customer services can use some development, desk staffs were blunt and perceived unfriendly. Room is great though! Tinted window providing good privacy, parking is super open and easy to maneuver "

"Loved the proximity to everything on my list for my trip. The staff was great and the rooms were very nice and clean. Shower pressure was perfect and the soaps and towels were plentiful. Included breakfast was good. I will definitely add to my list of favorite hotels."

"Great location to Universal and International Drive. Kind of difficult getting in and out of driveway. Pool area small. Breakfast not gluten free friendly. Great room and beds. Staff were nice enough."

"Hotel was new and clean. Reception was slow, as people were lining up at the desk you could see an employee lounging in the back office. Eventually a friendly woman came out to start checking people in. "

"Hotel is closed by Universal, Premium Outlet and different restaurants. They provide shuttle to Universal and their breakfast has good options. "
