"Upon arrival, the staff member was courteous, attentive, and accommodating. There was a seamless process to get my room keys and squared away for the evening. If there’s any negatives, it was only that there were dead ladybugs smashed on a few of the walls as well as on the floor. Lastly, it took them a while to replenish the hand lotion in the room as I requested it around 6 AM and it wasn’t rectified when I returned at 11 PM later that day. "Second time staying at this location. Staff is very friendly and approachable. The modern amenities and activities make this a one stop shop. No need to even leave the facility. Their signature drinks are delicious. I also love that there are areas in the hotel where guest may obtain needed items like additional blankets, and toiletries. "

"Loved-Mrs. Brenda at the front desk she was amazing!! Dislikes- Bathrooms in rooms need exhaust. Without them the hallways smells horrible. During breakfast time the maintenance staff, although he was trying to help someone with the waffle maker, he was in the middle of mopping and did not wash his hands and touched several things such as the waffle maker and he removed the waffle mix container im guessing to have it filled. Again after touching his mop, broom and dustpan."
