"Nice apartment within a larger old building. Perfect for our evening out. We did dinner at Rappahannock (2 blocks away) and a show at The National (5 or 6 blocks). And best part was the walk up pizza place across the street. We got a couple slices at 12:30 am on the way back home. No issues with this place. "

"We decided to stay 2 nights and explore Richmond on our way from NY to Fl. The unit was exactly as described. I thought it was going to be small, but there was plenty of room. Upstairs of a building, easy to find parking. I took advantage of the yoga studio down stairs. Pizza place right across the street and dinner options in walking distance. Comfortable bed, modern kitchen and bath. Overall a great stay."

Several times a year, the power goes out in entire neighborhoods. This time, the power went out in the water treatment plant and this caused the water to shut off for all of Richmond for about two days. No way to flush a toilet! No way to wash your hands!
