"The place was unbelievably noisy. Value for money was good, but there were blood curdling screams at 4 in the morning when people got back in the stairwell. Insanity. "John & Luke are lovely Hosts, very helpful and friendly. We had Clara room which is boutique style. We had an extra kids room, so plenty space for us. The hot breakfast exceeded my expectation, big plate and tasty. The towels and bedding were fresh and comfortable, but would have liked a hand towel. As we were at The Pigeon Weekend, we shower twice a day, so would have liked fresh towels daily, but not a major issue. We didn't get daily housekeeping as stated on Website. Room was a bit dusty...

"Overall this property is excellent. Mattress for me a alittle soft but got used to it after a couple of days. Staff are excellent,helpful and cant do enough to be of service.
