"Since we arrived tried to contact Expedia that we were upset about the room but due to poor internet connection could not get thru. Had to walk steep stairs to the 3rd floor, of an old building, huffing n puffing, rattan on chairs tattered, dilapidated mattress, filthy bacteria laden string to pull flush, toilet cover cracked, insecure seat, lumpy pillows, old stained mirror, breakfast laid out in old plastic containers.Horrible! Pics on website deceiving, upset! Only saving grace were staff and...
