"Five beautiful weeks in San Diego in February...what could make those weeks even more perfect? ...a lovely place to stay! Evan's condo was in the heart of San Diego, just a few blocks from the Gaslamp District (far enough away to be out of the noise; close enough to stroll over any time), one block from Petco Park and a nice walk to the bay area. The condo was beautiful, Evan was receptive to any questions I had, the private parking was very convenient, and the balcony was especially fun to use....

"There is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor, so there are a lot of stairs to get up to it. Everyone that we encountered that lives in the apartment building was very nice. There were some issues, but they were taking care of the next day. There was a lot of car and airplane noise. Is a pretty good location, close to South Park and maybe 10 to 15 min. To a lot of shopping. All and all we were comfortable there."

"Clean and comfortable corner condo with lots of windows. Great having 24/7 security at the door and they were always friendly and helpful. Condo was well-supplied with kitchen wares and linens as well as abundance of paper goods, cleaning supplies and detergents. A major glitch on check-in occurred when the unit was not ready on time for us because the previous renters did not leave on time. The prop mgr communicated well with us but it was a real hassle. "We stayed for Spring Break and enjoyed the property. John was great to work with and replied to my emails/texts right away. The property itself was very well taken care of and the unit we stayed in was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. It was centrally located to everything we visited, which was really convenient. The only negative thing is that it is not in the best part of town. We were able to find parking out front every day. "The residence is clean and super cute. The neighborhood is probably not ideal for families with small children. One night there was a woman screaming in Street in front of home so we had to escort our small children around her to get in home without drawing her attention to us as she was stopping cars and anyone else she saw. Another time while going to our car a man rode up on a bicycle and harassed us for money. Was not ideal when small children present."

"Our stay in this house was everything we expected. The hardest thing was the parking but as long as we used side streets and walked a bit it was ok. Great location for easily getting to areas we wanted to visit."
