"Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though."

"Overall disappointing. The WiFi was the worst I’ve had in China. The room was very old fashioned. There was no shower curtain and the towels were very old and ripped. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. On our first night there was no hot water until 9.30pm which was very inconvenient as we weren’t pre warned, although we were given a complimentary breakfast when we complained.
