If you are after something in a more central location then there are plenty of other options available closer to the central city area. "Hotel lobby is on 3rd floor. Food court is on 1st floor. 1Km walking distance from hotel to Xi'an trains station. Shopping malls and restaurants are very close by. People are talking out loud in hall ways, slamming doors when they are in/out their room, smoking every where. Well this is Chinese behavior, you gotta get use to it, unfortunately."
