"Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. A little more attention can be given towards cleanliness. Breakfast was good but whatever else we ordered was not as good like everywhere else in China."

"The room we stayed for the 1st night was unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Very strong smell of the sewer from the bathroom and mixed of some old hotel smell, very hard to stay. I saw the same feedback from the other platforms, but I ignored it. So please don’t overlook the negative reviews. "Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though."

"All the staff were very helpful and friendly to me, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff. I am very grateful to them. The room was exactly what I wanted and comfortable. The location was near to several famous places in the city: the Bell and Drum Towers, the city walls and southern gatehouse, Huimin Jie. And the price was great!"

"Hotel lobby is on 3rd floor. Food court is on 1st floor. 1Km walking distance from hotel to Xi'an trains station. Shopping malls and restaurants are very close by. People are talking out loud in hall ways, slamming doors when they are in/out their room, smoking every where. Well this is Chinese behavior, you gotta get use to it, unfortunately."
