La atención fue buena, el problema es que no hablan ingles en absoluto y utilizaban el taductor del telefono para comunicarse. El desayuno es muy malo, típico desayuno chino. "First of all Hotels.com is horrible all away down to the managers. No one “emailed “ me that the hotel canceled my reservation and that I would be paying out if pocket upon arrival. Not to mention the none of the staff at the hotel spoke English and the representative that I called to call the hotel didn’t speak Chinese. I spoke with several do people including a manager couldn’t really assist. I’m disappointed and disgusted with both parties "
