"Wonderful hotel, perfect location, and lovely room. Slightly dated on the outside but modern inside with all 5 star amenities! The reception were very helpful, The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, and great to have a pool to relax in after a busy day exploring the city. Highly recommend and really enjoyed our stay! "

The only thing that needs looking at is the breakfast it's ok but for 5* it should be better coffee area is defo not 5* and the food is a little tasteless . I stayed at Jen by shangri la in singapore and that is far superior at the breakfast buffet . "

"Stayed there as we were attending a concert at the ICC in Darling Harbour. Location was perfect. Very close to Town Hall and very short walking distance to Darling Harbour. Staff were so friendly and our room was clean, comfortable and a great size. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We had to line up and wait for a table for 20 minutes to have breakfast that we already prepaid when we booked the accommodation and we were told when we checked in to avoid the crowds we should have breakfast before 8 o’clock or after 9:30 despite showing up at 9:30 didn’t make any difference . travelled the world and never experienced anything like it. It’s a 5 star hotel and that is unacceptable , lift your game up and employ the right people to do delivery results "

"Wonderful location in North Sydney. Near lots of restaurants and cafes. It is also located near public transit train. Great view towards Sydney bridge. We could check in early pending the availability of rooms. We had a spacious room. They have a nice happy hour in the hotel and breakfast options if you’d like. The hotel is located right by the train, so we could hear the trains at times— something to think about if you’re a light sleeper because we didn’t realize this before we booked. Highly...
