"The wallpaper in our room 1417 was starting to peel and there were areas in the bathroom that needed more thorough cleaning. The location of the hotel was fabulous and the staff was exceptionally helpful hailing a cab. Was great to have complimentary water in the room. Enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a superior queen room. It was well worth the extra cost for the superior room. The Nespresso machine was a fantastic added bonus. Within a few block walk to Overseas Terminal, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and any shopping we wanted to do. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting something reasonably priced close to cruise terminal."

"5 min walk from Central station. Check in 3pm but room available when asking to store bags at 1pm. Staff frendly minor issue resolved quickly . Lots of choice for breakfast, didnt eat dinner in the restaurant but menu looked good. Hotel bar has nice food and reasonably priced. "
