"Had a great time at highfield! It was a super convenient location so close to central and the train stations, and it was incredible affordable for the private room that we stayed in. The staff is super nice and very accomodating to late check ins and room attending requests. It was as quiet as you can expect for a inner city room, but was super clean and comfortable. "Left after 1 night of a 3 night stay in a dorm. Mold in the bathroom. Beds shook wildly with any slight movement at all. The pillows had large stains and the blanket didn’t smell cleaned. I’ve stayed at hostels in dorms all over the world, and this one had the most inconsiderate guests ever. French people talking on their phones loudly all through the night. The reviews on this place made me book, but they are terribly inaccurate. "

"Really cool hostel people were really great lots of people different country, newly renovated all the beds were new and really comfortable and very clean facilities bathrooms were new and kept so clean owner was very nice. It was so convenient it’s 1 minute to central station so great base to go anywhere and many food shops and pub is very close too Really good place to stay "
