"Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was a plus and very organized. One elevator was down so it took a long time to get onto the elevator. They said that three floors had ice machines and only one machine on a certain floor worked. Rooms were ok but could definately be updated. Bring your own pillows ; theirs were old and very lumpy. Rooms were very quiet for the 3 nights we were there and the falls and casino were very close. ( walkable ) - parking was terrible. We had to pay...

But staff in breakfast room are very snippy and rude(short Asian lady with long reddish hair) she gets in everyones face pointing her finger"ROOM #!!!!) Desk staff is very slow checking people in chatting about nothing. Front entrance needs improvement always wet and closed!!"
