"An absolutely delightful experience. The staff on reception were fantastic throughout the stay. Very comfortable room, not a hint of outside noise. The rooftop pool was great fun too, shame there isn’t a steam room up there! I’ll definitely stay again, the location is the only sticking point as it’s an expensive hotel for being in Battersea when there are similarly priced hotels much more central for similar money.
