"Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. I had asked for extra pillows but only 4 were provided, which is usually standard in a hotel. There were no softer pillows available. "

A couple of minor niggles with internet, signal was poor as basement room, and wired network cable/socket broken (as a network engineer I was able to rectify this myself) customer service desk answered quickly to queries that I had. Large room with a desk and full size bathtub which was a welcome luxury after a busy week. Great location at the top of Reigate Hill."

"We were cold in our room as the heater was programmed and virtually unworkable and despite asking for a heater we never got one. Breakfast was excellent and positioned centrally was bus connections to the station and almost everywhere locally"

"This should have been a couples trip but at the last minute it turned into a solo trip. Even though I was on my own I felt very safe and well looked after. The room was well equipped, clean, newly decorated and comfortable. I tried two things on the breakfast menu and I have to pass my compliments to the chef. The food was very tasty and well presented."

"I lodged at the property to enable me get to Gatwick Airport on time because of the proximity. I arrived at the lodged at 4am and was out by 6.30am, spending barely 150 minutes. I checked in with the guides to their self check in system because of my arrival time and didn't get to meet anyone because of my departure time. However, the lodge is located for those trying to catch early morning flight at London Gatwick Airport or seeking for the ease of getting to the Airport for outbound flights."
