"Great Stay, do think they need to Europeanise some of their breakfast items, Love curry but Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner gets a bit too spicy for me. Friendly staff, great Massage organised by hotel. Pool area could do with bit of TLC and more sun loungers. The room was superb and comfortable big bed. They have the potential to really ramp this up, so not being critical just constructive."

"I booked this property because of "Neemrana" brand, expecting old world charm "experience" with every room being exquisitely designed. The room (Menezes) I was assigned was "OUTSIDE" the main hotel, literally almost at the road with traffic noise, with window not usable. There was no character to the room. The overall experience was like staying in a motel, not in a "Neemrana" branded hotel. I am very disappointed in Neemrana brand. "

More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. "The AC stopped working in the room that was assigned to us and then the AC in the new room was pretty mediocre. WiFi was unavailable. Service was pretty good though "

"The rooms were not clean and the bed made squeaky sound and was not even. The bathroom had spider web and the pot was broken. We had a terrible experience and would not go to the property again. There were no guests in the hotel and the photos are misleading on the website. "
