"This is an extraordinary hotel, a colourful and unique oasis in the middle of bustling kochi. The rooms were beautiful and large and cool with a hot shower and comfortable beds. The pool and communal areas were also gorgeous and tranquil. Breakfast was fine, a good selection. Staff were great also. The afternoon snacks were delightful and a really appreciated extra. "This is a great hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. It is a marvellous restoration of this old boatyard to create a very colonial feel. There are some nice touches to take advantage of such as high tea at 5pm each day followed by a guided tour of the harbour on the hotel’s very nice boat. "I booked this property because of "Neemrana" brand, expecting old world charm "experience" with every room being exquisitely designed. The room (Menezes) I was assigned was "OUTSIDE" the main hotel, literally almost at the road with traffic noise, with window not usable. There was no character to the room. The overall experience was like staying in a motel, not in a "Neemrana" branded hotel. I am very disappointed in Neemrana brand. "
