"Our favorite place to stay by far. This was our fourth stay here. We like the fact that it only has a small number of rooms and has a boutique hotel feel to it. Its location is great. It is a short walk to ferries that one can take to Ernakulam thereby cutting down on travel time. The restaurants are excellent and there is no need to leave the property to find other dining options if one is not inclined to leave the place. The Armory restaurant with its outdoor seating area is our favorite and Vysakh and Fredy made sure to keep our glasses topped up and plates always full. There are many on site activities like the yoga session, history walk around Fort Kochi, high tea, evening boat cruise offered by the property and we have at one time or another made use of them. "

"Abin at Reception was very attentive and helpful. He provided excellent service for his customer. Room was very clean. I was very pleased they didn't have cushions and bed runners on the pillows and bed because they are usually dirty and don't get gchanged / washed after every guests. Please provide tissues or serviettes in bedroom. "

"Friendly stuff, beautiful hotel, rooms spacious. For my taste breakfast could be better, Also shampoo bottles are very tiny and hard to get shampoo out. Shopping, sinagoga, Chinese fishing nets within waking distance. "

"Really enjoyed staying here, a beautiful grand old mansion with lovely art. Excellent food both at breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to the town though Tuktuk drivers may hassle you to use them. But what really makes this place are the staff, run by 3 lovely ladies who are just the right mix of friendly and helpful. Dry hotel but there is a bar about 50m away! Would highly recommend and is well priced."
