"Staff was nice but don't speak English. However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well. Try to avoid at all if you are concerned about condition and customer service. Didn't stay even One Night due to filthy living conditions and got charged for whole week. They advertised something completely different than what it is. Wasted money and the Hotel refused to refund. Avoid"

"This inn is near the station. The station is a NAKANO station and one of the most convenient stations in Tokyo. It is wonderful to have a convenience store in front of the inn. A dinner party will be held on Tuesday at this inn, participation seems to be free."

It is quite spent time for waiting staff to find a key. Staff want to collect my money for stay when i check in but i paid it though agency before go there."
