"Our stay at Hilton in Kuala Lumpur was enjoyable for many reasons. First of all, our room had an amazing view to the botanical garden, where we enjoyed our morning walks. Then of course the hotels breakfast, which offered a variety of food (local, western, Indian). Despite the hotel location in the intersection of busy city roads, you can easily access malls, garden and other places via conveniently located passes. After complaining a hot plate of fries was delivered. Coffee maker was old ...... it was a challenge get it to brew. Bathroom and in-room tub design was pretty bad. Concierge had very little knowledge of local events or happenings."
