"The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and very nice. The bathrooms were also very nice and clean. Very well located hotel. Walking distance to major malls. Great place to stay. "

"Fantastic service throughout the hotel. Excellent large room with spacious bathroom and desk for working. Gym and pool were clean and well equipped. Food at the main restaurant was excellent but one small point was dietary restrictions were not labeled as wife is gluten free. Otherwise sensational. Location was also good close to Petronas and walking distance to a shopping mall with cheaper food options and a supermarket."
