"Perfect location. Near many of the points of interest and the water bus. One negative was the tv which had probably 200 channels and all were in Italian. We certainly didn't travel to Venice to watch tv it is nice to have something to watch in bed at night. We are English speakers but they have nothing in French, German etc. Other than that it's a nice place "

"This is not a Hotel, this is a hoStel. The facilities were incompatible for a family with a baby. There was no one to give information or do the check-in. The phone was incorrect on Expedia. We took a long and valuable time trying to contact someone. We had to book another property (a real hotel) on the last minute. We asked for the cancellation of the hoStel booking and to be refunded.
