"Appartement très propre et bien aménagé à environ 15-20 mn de marche du centre. Du à notre arrivée tardive, nous n’avons pas vu le propriétaire mais les instructions étaient très clair pour accéder à l’appartement. Très bonne expérience overall. "

"Excellent welcoming manager. Very quiet. 5 minutes walk to Laguna, 12 minutes to Piazza San Marco. Patisserie 1 minute away has excellent pastries and coffee and full of locals you can talk to."

"Our home in Venice for one night was perfect for the 6 of us. We had a train at 12:00 the day of check out and Marco allowed us to stow our luggage in the foyer until 11:00. This gave us some additional time to explore Venice without having to pull our luggage around with us. It was much appreciated!!! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed."

"Warning for night flight: I had a night flight so it was difficult to find the property ( They gave good instructions but it was dark and raining), even people from a local café didn't know the streets name. Once we knew how to get there it was very easy to find the property for the rest of our stay. Excellent location. we walked most of the time but also used the water bus Property conditions were fine "
