"Very cosy and snug and we both had a lovely night sleep! Nice selection of teas and coffees, however we did miss the TV! Nonetheless, we both slept well, made good use of the washing facilities and would come back again! "

"we were very happy with our stay, the rooms are a little tired but it was clean and tidy. the staff were all very helpful. breakfast was busy but the staff were amazing at replenishing food and cleaning tables so it was a really good atmosphere "

"Surprisingly good food from the restaurant at dinner. Breakfast was good but as it was very busy food often seemed to be running out. Spacious room very comfy bed. Pool, steam and sauna was great, wasn't too busy."

"Hotel & service was great. The rooftop bar was closed and a shame that there was no signage until we went to it, the downstairs bar was nice though and good cocktails. Not particularly impressed with the spa. I arrived at the spa reception and the staff barely looked up from their computers. When I asked for slippers I was told I had to go back to my room and get them and they would be in the safe. "Overall, I was pleased with the amenities and location of the hotel. It was convenient to travel to various parts of London. Most train stations were within a 10-20 minute walk, depending on which station you chose to use. The rooms were clean and always maintained in a proper manner. "I like the area and the staff were very helpful. However the rooms felt a bit bare…no desk or chair, which made it hard to work and no drinking facilities (reception had a vending machine) but not a cup of any kind in the room. These things would be helpful."
