"Great customer service. Very friendly staff. However called them to book directly with the hotel to get a better price, was quoted higher. They did agree to price match but not reduced price which is strange, coukd have saved themselves travel agents fee."

"Well maintained & clean property, some areas (rooms & hall walls) were tired & in need of a refresh but did not deter from a lovely stay. Great food at the hotel (even on restricted menu there was lots of choice), nice swimming pool & facilities. Room was very comfortable & quiet, staff were friendly & accommodating.
